About the Role

We are seeking a results-oriented Professional Services Manager to lead a team of consultants and oversee the seamless technical deployment of Abnormal Security products for our clients. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that our Professional Services team consistently delivers high-quality outcomes while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth. This role requires a blend of strong leadership, technical expertise, and exceptional operational oversight. You will refine processes to enhance efficiency, while guiding your team to achieve operational excellence, deliver value to clients, and uphold the organization’s core values.

In this job, you will bring these skills

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience leading a team or managing direct reports.
  • Ability to inspire, mentor, and guide a team toward achieving shared goals.
  • Proficiency in performance management, including setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and fostering professional growth within the team.
  • Clear, transparent, and consistent communication to foster alignment within the team and with clients.
  • Exceptional skills in communication, emotional intelligence, and client relationship management.
  • Managing conflicts constructively, promoting trust, and ensuring productive outcomes.
  • Experience managing complex client-facing projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.
  • Strong understanding of professional services delivery and customer lifecycle.
  • Experience in working across teams or departments to align objectives and drive collective success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical and creative thinking to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle ambiguity, and remain composed under pressure.

  • Lead a team of consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure professional growth and project success.
  • Provide coaching and career guidance to team members, helping them achieve their aspirations and align their development with organizational needs.
  • Set clear objectives, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of accountability.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and are completed within agreed timelines to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate resources effectively to balance team capacity and project needs.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and across the organization.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to optimize workflows and improve team efficiency.
  • Implement plans and processes that drive operational success and enhance business outcomes.
  • Align recruitment efforts with the long-term goals of the organization, supporting strategic hiring initiatives.

Actual compensation will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Base salary range:$124,700—$179,300 USD
