We are a fast-growing social commerce agency helping eCommerce brands scale through TikTok Shop. We specialize in backend operations, order fulfillment, media buying, and creative execution to deliver measurable growth for our clients.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead operations and fulfillment across multiple eCommerce brands. This role focuses on ensuring seamless order processing, inventory management, and operational workflows, enabling our teams to deliver efficient, error-free service. The Operations Manager will be the point person for fulfillment strategies, process optimization, and cross-team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational workflows related to order fulfillment, inventory, and TikTok Shop backend operations.
- Manage day-to-day fulfillment processes to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
- Coordinate with TikTok Shop Specialists, media teams, and account managers to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop, document, and optimize SOPs for fulfillment and operational efficiency.
- Track inventory levels, restocks, and stock alerts to prevent delays or errors.
- Manage relationships with fulfillment partners, logistics providers, and vendors.
- Monitor operational KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies and client-specific operational requirements.
- Support scaling operations as client accounts grow and expand.
What Success Looks Like:
- All fulfillment and operational workflows run smoothly, accurately, and on time.
- Inventory, order processing, and shipping issues are proactively managed.
- Operational processes are well-documented and scalable.
- Cross-functional teams have clear guidance and support to execute efficiently.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in operations, fulfillment, or eCommerce management.
- Experience managing remote teams and cross-functional workflows.
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment, inventory management, and backend eCommerce operations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
- Comfortable using project management and tracking tools (ClickUp, Notion, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in social commerce or TikTok Shop operations is a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with multiple eCommerce brands and high-volume order operations.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center workflows.
- Knowledge of logistics, shipping, and fulfillment software/tools.
- Process improvement and SOP documentation experience.
