Job Title: Senior Director of Product Management

Job Overview:
We’re helping our client, a fast-growing eCommerce company, find an experienced Senior Director of Product Management to lead their e-commerce operations with a strong focus on Shopify platform management. In this role, you will own the vision and execution of the company’s e-commerce product strategy, drive platform enhancements, and ensure a seamless online shopping experience. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, innovative solutions that fuel growth.
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the e-commerce product vision aligned with company goals.
- Lead roadmap planning, prioritization, and delivery of Shopify enhancements and operational improvements.
- Oversee daily Shopify operations, ensuring performance, scalability, and a seamless user experience.
- Drive integration strategies with third-party tools and internal systems.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support to deliver high-impact initiatives.
- Establish and track KPIs to monitor product performance, user engagement, and revenue impact.
- Lead, mentor, and develop product managers and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience with a focus on e-commerce operations.
- Deep expertise with the Shopify platform, including storefront customization, app integrations, and performance optimization.
- Proven track record leading product teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with engineering teams.
Preferred Skills
- Background in DTC brands or consumer goods e-commerce.
- Knowledge of SEO, conversion rate optimization, and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Familiarity with headless commerce architectures and emerging e-commerce technologies.
