Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), GTM

AcuityMD is a software and data platform that accelerates access to medical technologies. We help MedTech companies understand how their products are used, why customers vary, and identify opportunities for physicians to better serve their patients. Each year, the FDA approves ~6,000 new medical devices. Our solution helps MedTech companies get these products to physicians more effectively so they can improve patient care with the latest technology. We're backed by Benchmark, Redpoint, ICONIQ Growth, and Ajax Health. We’re a high-growth SaaS company scaling rapidly.

As we continue to grow, we are building a People team that supports our teams with the systems, insights, and leadership development needed to scale effectively.

Team Mission

We’re looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization and help managers run their teams effectively as we scale.

This role partners closely with leaders across Sales, Solutions Engineering, and RevOps to support day-to-day people operations including performance management, manager support, and team effectiveness.

You’ll work closely with managers to understand their needs, meet them where they are, and provide practical support that helps them operate effectively. You’ll be responsible for both supporting managers directly and ensuring the core people processes behind them are executed well.

You’ll serve as a trusted partner to leaders while also building, implementing, and maintaining the tools, processes, and reporting that managers rely on day-to-day to lead their teams.

Our People team is small and highly collaborative, so this role is ideal for someone who takes ownership and follows through. You’ll identify gaps, put practical solutions in place, and ensure they are working day-to-day adapting your approach based on what will be most effective for each team.

Responsibilities

You will support GTM managers through core people operations, while also handling complex team and organizational challenges as we scale.

  • Own performance management operations for GTM, including performance reviews and calibration cycles supporting managers through execution and navigating complex or non-standard cases
  • Support onboarding and offboarding, ensuring strong ramp experiences and smooth transitions, including more complex role changes and team shifts
  • Partner on compensation planning, including promotion decisions, leveling, and calibration applying judgment to ensure fair and consistent outcomes
  • Handle employee relations and performance issues, including more complex or sensitive situations that require strong judgment and discretion
  • Support progression and internal mobility, helping managers navigate ambiguous promotion decisions and define what strong performance looks like across roles
  • Work closely with managers on day-to-day team challenges, including underperformance, team dynamics, and organizational changes
  • Maintain and share key people insights, using data to highlight trends and inform decisions
  • Identify gaps in how people processes are working and implement improvements that make them more effective and easier for managers to use

Your Profile

  • 5–7 years of HR experience, including direct support of GTM or revenue teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps)
  • A practical, partnership-driven approach you work with managers to find what works, rather than applying one-size-fits-all solutions
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous or complex people decisions and provide clear, practical guidance to managers
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills with leaders at multiple levels
  • Experience running performance review and calibration processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong judgment and experience handling employee relations and performance-related situations
  • Experience supporting compensation planning, promotions, and leveling decisions
  • Comfort working with people data and using insights to inform decisions
  • Comfort operating on a small People team with a high level of ownership and accountability
