We’re seeking a Senior Copywriter to join our Marketing Team and help us build and maintain a high-quality copy standard across our marketing channels, from website and blog to email and paid, ensuring every word drives demand and reflects our brand.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creative problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration, and wants to take a hands-on role in defining our brand voice, raising the bar on copy quality, and mentoring teammates.
This role is available to candidates who are eligible to work in Canada in a hybrid arrangement with 3 days per week in our Downtown Toronto office.
Lead and execute on copy across the full marketing funnel — website, blog, email, collateral, and paid from planning to delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging is consistent, on-brand, and conversion-focused across every channel.
Take ownership of complex tasks and provide copy thought leadership by evaluating quality, setting standards, and driving messaging strategy across the team.
Propose improvements and help establish copy guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks across the marketing function.
Mentor and support team members, sharing knowledge and fostering growth.
4-6 years of experience in marketing copywriting, with a focus on web, digital, and funnel content.
Strong skills in copywriting across web, email, blog, and paid channels, with a strong grasp of conversion and messaging strategy.
Proven experience in developing and executing copy across marketing funnels, building messaging strategy, A/B testing, and iterating based on performance data.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams, regions, and stakeholders.
A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems creatively and drive copy projects independently.
Experience in B2B SaaS or tech startup environments (FinTech is a plus).
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, and AI writing tools, and experience with rapid iteration processes.
Track record of mentoring, leading projects, or driving organizational improvements.
Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic, and high-impact environments.

The total compensation range for this role is $85K-$105K CAD, plus equity. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, education/training.
