As a Senior Organizational Development & Learning Specialist you will focus on developing ATPCO’s broad strategy and programs to support our growth, development, and engagement in order to thrive and drive the business forward. Partnering with our leaders and HR business partners to assess and provide consultation on performance and capability gaps will be a focal point of this position. You will also execute the deliverables of the overall Organizational Development & Learning (OD&L) strategy by developing, implementing, and facilitating learning solutions, as well as monitoring learning programs and the learning management system to ensure effectiveness and a positive business impact.
You Will :
Analyze business structures and processes to inform OD&L strategy and initiatives.
Design and implement developmental programs and training materials tailored to business needs.
Conduct targeted interviews and facilitate skill development initiatives as requested by leadership.
Lead optimization initiatives through training sessions that enhance individual and team performance.
Advise on departmental restructuring to align operations with evolving business goals.
Promote cross-functional collaboration and interdepartmental synergy.
Measure the impact of interventions on performance, retention, and employee satisfaction.
Provide strategic recommendations to executives and senior leaders on cost-effective solutions.
Coordinate the annual engagement survey process, including action planning and communication.
Oversee the Performance Management Process, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives with complete autonomy.
Collaborate with Corporate Communications to market development opportunities.
Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of learning strategies and programs.
Partner with business leaders and People & Culture on topics such as change management, succession planning, and strategic planning.
Integrate workforce analytics into learning and development programs.
Optimize leadership development for long-term succession planning.
Advise on cultural transformation initiatives through data-driven insights.
The Ideal Candidate:
Salary Range: $101,299 – $135,000
