We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Portfolio Coordinator to support our team. This is a junior-level role ideal for someone who is hard-working, eager to learn, and excited to grow in a fast-paced environment. The role will provide day-to-day support across portfolio activities, systems, and special projects.
We’re looking for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset who can help keep processes running smoothly and support the broader team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio & Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day support to the investment and operations team, including tracking tasks, updating records, and coordinating requests.
- Systems & Documentation Management: Maintain and update internal tools and databases (e.g., Google Sheet, Airtable, shared drives), ensuring information is accurate and well organized.
- Process Support: Assist in building and improving workflows, templates, and tracking systems to help the team operate more efficiently.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather information, follow up on action items, and support collaboration across teams.
- Project & Research Support: Help with special projects, basic research, and data organization as needed.
- Information Management: Act as a reliable source of organized information, ensuring files, trackers, and documentation are up to date.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required if experience is relevant.
- 1–2 years of experience in an operations, administrative, coordination, or support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and basic productivity tools (experience with Airtable or similar tools is a plus).
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong desire to learn and grow.
