Description
Beacon Dx is on a mission to transform clinical diagnostics for sleep and brain health. We are building the leading home-based platform for precision diagnostics, combining EEG and cardiopulmonary signals to deliver comprehensive, reimbursable assessments for sleep and central nervous system disorders. Our solution integrates multi-channel physiological data—including airflow, respiratory effort, oxygen saturation, and brain activity—into a single streamlined workflow powered by AI-enabled analytics. With a dedication to patient experience and a foundation in FDA 510(k)-cleared technology, Beacon Dx enables high-quality diagnostics at scale. We are redefining how patients are evaluated and managed for conditions that affect brain and sleep physiology—bringing clinical-grade insights directly to the home. The National Director, Clinical Excellence and Enablement builds and leads the clinical enablement and adoption engine that accelerates customer onboarding, standardizes workflows, increases utilization, and improves retention. This role partners closely with Sales, Operations, and Product to reduce adoption friction, shorten sales cycles, and translate clinical performance into measurable commercial outcomes across enterprise and multi site customers. What success looks like:
  • Design, deploy, and continuously improve standardized clinical onboarding and training programs for physicians, technologists, and clinical staff.
  • Lead clinical implementations for priority enterprise accounts, including go live planning, workflow integration, and milestone based execution.
  • Develop and maintain clinical playbooks, SOPs, training materials, and troubleshooting protocols to support repeatable adoption at scale.
  • Serve as the clinical escalation owner for complex issues, driving root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
  • Partner with Sales on late stage opportunities by delivering clinical validation, workflow demonstrations, and executive level clinical support.
  • Establish and track clinical adoption KPIs, including time to go live, training completion, utilization ramp, and ongoing support trends.
  • Create a structured voice of customer program that captures field feedback, quantifies themes, and drives quarterly alignment with Product and Operations.
  • Support clinical thought leadership activities as needed, including webinars, conferences, KOL engagement, and customer advisory input.
  • Ensure clinical standards, training, and messaging remain aligned with current product capabilities, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations.
What you will bring:
  • 7 plus years of experience in clinical sleep, medical device clinical programs, or enterprise clinical implementation and enablement.
  • Active RPSGT credential
  • Demonstrated success building training programs, clinical workflows, and adoption playbooks across multiple sites.
  • Strong clinical credibility and communication skills with physicians, technologists, and health system stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering cross functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to travel nationally and operate effectively in a fast growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active clinical credentials such as RST, CRT SDS, RN, NP, PA, or equivalent relevant clinical credentialing.
  • Experience with IDNs, multi site systems, or enterprise deployments.
  • Background in customer success, utilization management, or clinical operations metrics.
  • Experience establishing formal VOC programs and translating insights into product requirements.
