Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech rolesManage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards)Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communicationHelp maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever)Support market mapping and competitor research to support hiring strategiesSupport employer branding campaigns and recruitment projectsParticipate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetingsIdentify and suggest process improvement ideas based on observations Requirements
Bachelor’s or master's degree (ongoing or recent graduate) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or related fieldStrong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy (prior internship is a plus)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable working in an international and tech-driven environmentProactive, resourceful, and eager to learnBilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
