Lead the creation of high-impact design assets across campaigns, social media, web, product visuals, and marketing materials
Evolve and strengthen BJAK’s brand identity, ensuring clarity, consistency, and premium execution across all touchpoints
Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and performance teams to deliver on-brand work that drives results
Design for diverse audiences — consumers, partners, and internal teams
Maintain and refine BJAK’s brand guidelines and visual standards
Mentor junior designers and guide creative execution across projects
Report directly to the Creative Manager and contribute to the overall brand direction
Love shaping brand stories through impactful visual design
Can turn complex briefs into clean, engaging visuals
Balance strong attention to detail with a clear brand perspective
Take initiative and own your projects from concept to delivery
Stay updated on digital design trends, motion design, and AI-assisted tools
Work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-iteration environment
5–8 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or creative roles
Strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling and visual excellence
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Experience with motion tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro
Experience or interest in AI tools for design ideation and production
Strong command of layout, typography, composition, and brand consistency
Ability to mentor designers and collaborate cross-functionally
Experience designing performance marketing or campaign visuals
Skills in motion graphics, sound editing, or basic VFX
Familiarity with design systems, templates, and brand libraries
