Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Ownership: Scale paid social campaigns across mid-funnel channels like Meta, TikTok and others, balancing user acquisitions with campaign efficiency (e.g. CAC, payback, revenue/user, ROAS)
  • Creative Strategy: Develop, test and iterate on graphic assets, videos and ad copy to identify compelling messages for target user segments
  • Organic Mobile App Growth: Oversee organic mobile app initiatives to drive non-paid discovery, including ASO (app store optimization) on Apple App Store and Google Play
  • Experimentation: Design and execute tests on messaging, landing pages, and creative formats across the entire user journey and funnel

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in performance marketing in B2C, hands-on ownership of scaling high-spend accounts on Meta, TikTok, Google and/or other mid-funnel channels
  • Creatives and messaging: A proven track record of testing and using creatives (images, video ads, UGC content, ad copy) to drive campaign performance
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of attribution for web and mobile app (we use AppsFlyer), campaign optimization, and event/pixel setup
  • Data-Driven: Experience analyzing and making recommendations using data (we use Looker), while applying intuition as appropriate

Nice to haves

  • Experience working in fintech, e-commerce or an online marketplace
  • Experience working with influencers and UGC (user-generated content)

Benefits

  • The Opportunity - join and have a major impact at a growing company that is helping Canadians feel confident about money.
  • Comprehensive Health Benefits - medical, dental, vision, and paramedical health benefits for you and your family, with extra yearly coverage for psychotherapists and massage therapists
