The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Collections & CRM Analyst to join our team in the Philippines. This role is critical to ensuring our data is accurate and that our customers pay their invoices in a timely manner.

The Customer Collections & CRM Analyst will be customer-facing, and will work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Performance, and Delivery to ensure customers are up to date with payments and that their internal CRM data aligns with their current standing as a customer. They must have a customer service mindset, the ability to manage internally, and the ability to work independently while supporting a fast-paced, high-volume sales/service environment.

What You’ll Do

Collections and Customer Data Management (Primary – 70%)

  • Follow up with customers regarding late payments.
  • Navigate a customer’s current standing through its sales, service, and delivery teams internally, to ensure we have the right contact and contact information
  • Work directly with the external Accounting team, learning how Accounting systems work and ensuring that internal systems are in line with external processes.
  • Complete deal / Company record completeness in HubSpot, ensuring all required fields are accurately populated and up to date.
  • Maintain data integrity across HubSpot, Streetsmart, Airtable, and other internal systems
  • Provide updates on customer observations, opportunity progression, and contract status
  • Process invoicing and submit accounting forms or billing adjustments

Customer Account Verification & Management (30%)

  • Review and confirm customer details, applicable frameworks, and company information
  • General data management projects – retroactive reviews, backfilling information, and updating lists of current customer statuses

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing sales support, deal desk, accounting / collections, or similar roles
  • Proven experience working in HubSpot or other CRM
  • Experience with Notion for documentation (strongly preferred)
  • Exposure to CRM data audits, reporting
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Experience handling contracts, proposals, and sales documentation
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy across multiple systems
  • Comfortable working with multiple SaaS tools simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and proactive communicator who collaborates effectively with sales teams and stakeholders
  • Reliable and self-directed, with the ability to consistently perform in a remote setup

Nice to Have

  • Experience with workflow automation or process improvement tools
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and GTM terminology
  • Experience supporting high-volume deal environmentsworking
