In this role, you won't just be "processing payments"—you’ll be a key driver of our liquidity and a guardian of our client relationships. This is a unique opportunity to own the billing lifecycle, streamline our collection processes, and contribute directly to the financial health that fuels Choozle’s continued growth and success.

Salary: $45,000 - 50,000

Location: Remote

Must be located in the US & eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

  • Problem Solver: You don’t just flag issues; you propose solutions. You enjoy the "Ownership" of seeing a complex billing puzzle through to completion.
  • Tech-Fluent: You’re comfortable navigating accounting software and digital platforms. High proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, QuickBooks on line, Quadiant.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or a related financial role (Ad Tech or SaaS experience is a major plus!).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Precision Billing: Manage the full-cycle billing process for our diverse client base, ensuring invoices are accurate, timely, and reflective of their media spend.
  • Cash Flow Management: Oversee the collection of outstanding receivables with a high degree of professionalism, maintaining the "Balance" and "Service" that Choozle is known for.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Partner with the Sales and Client Experience teams to investigate and resolve billing hurdles, credit memos, and payment variances.
  • Revenue Integrity: Verify and post incoming receipts (Credit Card, ACH, Wire) to the correct accounts, maintaining a pristine sub-ledger.
  • Process Evolution: Identify opportunities to automate or simplify our AR workflows, contributing to our "Growth" value by building better systems for the future.
