The Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager of HR Business Partners to help shape the future of our people strategy at CompanyCam! In this high-impact role, you’ll lead a team of HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and serve as a trusted advisor to key leadership, aligning people strategies with big-picture business goals. You’ll partner across businesses driving talent development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning initiatives. The Manager of HRBPs will be a driving force behind a high-performance, employee-first culture, ensuring our teams are supported, engaged, and set up to thrive.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop of a team of HRBPs, setting clear goals, providing feedback, and supporting career growth
  • Partner with senior leaders as a strategic advisor and thought leader on organizational design, talent planning, workforce strategies, change management, and organizational effectiveness
  • Identify workforce trends and recommend proactive, data-driven solutions to strengthen organizational effectiveness
  • Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and organizational health assessments
  • Oversee complex employee relations matters, ensuring consistent policy application and guiding managers through performance management and employee development
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to design and deliver impactful training and growth programs
  • Improve HRBP processes, tools, and systems for greater efficiency and scalability
  • Lead and support enterprise-wide HR initiatives, such as team health assessments, change management efforts, and restructuring projects

  • Building and leading a high-performing HRBP team that drives measurable improvements in talent retention, leadership capability, and employee engagement
  • Shaping people strategies that directly influents CompanyCam's growth, culture, and organizational effectiveness
  • Serving as a trusted partner to senior leadership, ensuring people initiatives align with, and accelerate, business goals

What You'll Bring

  • 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 2+ years in an HRBP role
  • 2+ years in a people management preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of employment law and HR best practices
  • Deep knowledge of talent management, organizational development, and change management
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and data analytics tools
  • Collaborative and inclusive leadership style
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills
  • A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving.
  • A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems.

Benefits & Compensation

This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our starting salary range is $115,000 - $125,000 per year and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
