About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Design, the Senior Product Designer will own the creation of thoughtful user experiences that empower the next generation of AI developers to build smarter, faster, and more reliable software
The Senior Product Designer **will partner closely with PM’s and engineers to build the best toolkit for tracking and evaluating LLM applications.

• Have a large impact on building the foundations of an outstanding design team and culture
• Become a relentless advocate for delivering experiences that our users love
• Lead the design of workflows that simplify complex actions into intuitive interfaces
• Create strong cross-functional partnerships with Product and Engineering to develop strategy, facilitate design discussions, and ensure our implementation and user experience are of high quality.
• Collaborate closely with Design and Product leadership to inform and improve our design processes.
• Interview new team members and advise on our design hiring process.Lead by example - do great work and help others learn how you do it.

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
