JOB SUMMARY:
The Project Manager, Intelligent PMO Systems is responsible for leading cross-functional projects, while designing and operating intelligent systems that enhance PMO performance.
This role blends traditional project management with technical ownership of AI and automation tools that support planning, execution, reporting, and decision-making.
The ideal candidate brings a systems design engineering mindset and a passion for operational innovation.
They also demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to adapt communication styles to suit different audiences. They excel in stakeholder management, engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders from individual contributors to business owners.

The expected base salary range for a new hire in this role is listed below. The annualized base salary offered is determined by each candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, education, training and experience. It is aligned to ensure both internal and external competitiveness using market data for the geographic location and industry. As part of the total compensation at D2L the role may be eligible for additional benefits including a Wellness Subsidy, Equity Grants, Variable Incentive, and more.
