We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. This role involves working closely with our engineering lead to define requirements, develop solutions, and deliver high quality software that supports our platform and customer needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with the engineering lead to gather requirements and translate them into technical deliverables. Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across the full stack. Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and adherence to best practices. Work in an agile environment, contributing to sprint planning and continuous improvement. Communicate effectively with remote teams and stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in full stack development (minimum 4+ years). Frontend: React.js, Tanstack Query, Tanstack Router Backend: Node.js or Bun, Hono, Drizzle ORM Databases: PostgreSQL Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git). Nice to Have
Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of security best practices in application development. Experience working in distributed teams across time zones. Soft Skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. High level of integrity and commitment to acting in the best interests of clients.
