Job Title: Recruiter – Home Care Overview: The Recruiter – Home Care leads the full-cycle recruitment of caregivers (Companions, HHAs, CNAs, PCAs) for US clients. This role ensures a steady pipeline of qualified caregivers to support growth and maintain high-quality patient care. Candidates should have proven US recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, home care, or senior care, strong organizational skills, adaptability, and proficiency with recruitment platforms and office tools. English fluency (spoken and written) is required.Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end recruitment for caregiver roles across the US, from requisition to offer acceptance.• Create and post job ads on platforms such as Indeed, job boards, social media, and referral networks.• Screen resumes to verify candidates meet experience, availability, and work authorization requirements.• Conduct phone and video interviews using structured and behavioral techniques.• Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers with detailed notes and recommendations.• Coordinate background, reference, and pre-employment checks per US and state regulations.• Verify certifications, licenses, and documentation relevant to roles and state requirements.Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.• 2–3 years minimum full-cycle US recruitment experience.• Preferred background in healthcare, home care, home health, or senior care recruitment.• Skilled in structured interviews, candidate fit assessment, and background checks.• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and experienced using ATS or recruitment CRM systems.Personality Traits:• Highly organized and able to manage multiple high-volume recruitments simultaneously.• Adaptable and quick learner with new tools and processes.• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.• Detail-oriented with strong ownership, urgency, and customer service mindset.Skills:• Senior Recruiter• US Recruitment• Full-cycle Recruitment• English C1 level
