We are hiring a Staff Product Manager to own the technology that powers our device processing operations. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the SVP, Product accountable for improving operational efficiency and reducing cost per unit across the full lifecycle of devices moving through our processing centers. You will translate complex, multi-step operational workflows into scalable systems, measurable outcomes, and continuous improvement.

Role is remote, must reside in the United States

What You’ll Own

  • The end-to-end product roadmap for device processing technology.
  • Measurable reduction in cost per unit processed.
  • Homegrown inventory and operational systems supporting grading, SKU conversion, and fulfillment.
  • Integration and optimization of our Warehouse Management System (Deposco experience is a plus).
  • Initiatives that create step-function efficiency gains and unlock additional value capture from devices.
  • Reporting and instrumentation that provide clear operational and financial visibility across transformation stages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and define product solutions that improve throughput, reduce rework, and lower handling costs.
  • Partner with Engineering to deliver reliable, scalable warehouse and inventory systems.
  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics to establish performance metrics, dashboards, and cost drivers.
  • Drive adoption through strong documentation, training, and change management.
  • Travel approximately once per month to observe workflows, validate system performance, and partner directly with operational teams.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience in operational, warehouse, supply chain, or inventory-heavy environments.
  • Experience owning or implementing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); Deposco experience is a plus.
  • Proven success improving efficiency in complex, multi-stage workflows.
  • Strong analytical capability and comfort defining operational KPIs with data teams.
  • Experience with inventory state transitions, condition-based workflows, refurbishment, repair, or reverse logistics.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a senior IC in a cross-functional, execution-focused environment.

  • Strong cross-functional trust and execution discipline.

Base Salary: $170-$195 + Bonus

Travel: Regular travel is required for this role

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per CA SB 1162 (“CA Pay Transparency Law”). Base pay information is based on market location. Learn more about ecoATM benefits here.

This position may also be eligible for short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.
