Work Mode: Temporary Work From Home (WFH); may transition to Work From Office (WFO) later at Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 4–5 years of experience to design intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create visually appealing and highly functional interfaces for web and mobile applications.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a user-first mindset, and the ability to translate complex requirements into seamless design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications that enhance usability and engagement.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to improve product experience.

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and product improvements.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and deliver optimal design solutions.

• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards for consistency across platforms.

• Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive user experiences.

• Conduct design reviews and usability testing to validate design decisions.

• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts.

• Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards.

• Experience creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first design approaches.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development workflows is a plus.

• Strong visual design skills including typography, color theory, and layout.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements

• Must be comfortable working in the night shift (07:00 PM – 04:00 AM IST).

• Initially Work From Home, but candidate should be open to transitioning to Work From Office in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with design systems and component libraries.

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments.

• Experience designing for SaaS, enterprise products, or digital platforms.
