You will lead complex, cross-functional programs end to end—driving data-driven decisions, continuous improvement, and scalable outcomes. Acting as a trusted partner to product, engineering, and business teams, you will influence without authority, dive deep to solve systemic challenges, and ensure initiatives are delivered with clarity, speed, and excellence.

What you'll be doing?

• Work with Cross functional product and engineering teams to conceptualise solutions
• Be technically hands-on in building agents to pursue new ways of working in the AI delivery cycle
• Program manage technical, complex, large scale, cross-team, cross-functional initiatives from planning to delivery
• Promoting best practices in AI-human collaboration across all teams
• Establishing new measures and metrics appropriate for AI-native development
• Creating dashboards and monitoring systems for intelligent process oversight
• Work with cross-functional product and engineering teams to define and resolve dependencies
• Continuously measure and report the progress of teams and organizational units in meeting their goals and the goals of FourKites
• Lead day to day execution of programs while keeping sight of strategic goals and working with teams comprising of highly accomplished engineering, UX, product and internal stakeholders
• Interact with product, engineering and GTM executives on a daily basis in order to facilitate informed decision making
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
• Partner with Product and Engineering Managers to contribute towards product road-map planning, resource planning and prioritization tradeoffs
• Set a gold standard for concise, polished, and crisp communication.
• Be a catalyst for change in the organization, lead without authority and handle evolving change efforts by establishing excellent rapport with stakeholders

We are a cross-functional team operating at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and AI, driving large-scale initiatives from idea to delivery. We partner closely with engineering, product, and business leaders to enable data-driven decisions and measurable customer impact. The team thrives on ownership, influence over authority, and solving complex problems at scale. We continuously improve how teams plan, execute, and deliver in an AI-native development environment.

Who you are:

• Strong technical aptitude and experience with large scale systems/SaaS
• Expertise in measuring progress, identifying process gaps and balancing engineering and product asks
• Build agents and AI solutions to measure productivity and internal tools
• Ability to dive deep and come up with root cause to systemic issues
• Good written and Oral communication skills
• Ability to present data and status, tailored to varied levels of management
• Expertise in JIRA administration
• Well versed in a variety of software development, program and project management methodologies and techniques.
• Ability to thrive in an environment with a high-degree of change and competing priorities
• Continuously work towards planning and execution excellence
• Ability to influence and motivate without authority

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a strongly associated discipline
• Experience developing custom AI agents and workflows
• In-depth and practical knowledge of agile development methodologies
• 7 to 12 years of overall Engineering experience
• 5+ years in technical program management or similar experience
• Demonstrable experience of leading complex cross-functional initiatives end to end
• At least 4 years of experience interacting (presenting, facilitating decisions making) with organisational leadership
• Must be technically savvy and completely at ease with leading successful engineering focused discussions
• Should have experience in Product based organizations
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills – ability to tailor the communication style to suit the audience and the situation
• PMP certification; CSM or PMI-ACP or SAFe certification
• Cloud or Data related certifications would be an added advantage
