ABOUT THE ROLE This is a junior-level technical coordination role at the intersection of technology, operations, design, and legal. The position focuses on supporting web-based projects for merchants, coordinating tasks across teams, and ensuring smooth information flow between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON- Support the development and maintenance of merchant websites
- Understand and explain basic website structure and integrations
- Coordinate tasks between developers, designers, technical support, and legal teams
- Collect, clarify, and structure incoming requests
- Prepare and describe technical requirements for designers (via Figma)
- Communicate with developers on task details and clarifications
- Track task progress, responsibilities, and statuses
- Use AI tools to support research, coordination, and operational work
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE- At least 1 year of experience in a relevant role such as Tech PM, Technical Specialist, Tech Support, or Operations
- Strong technical and analytical mindset with curiosity about how systems work
- Basic, conceptual understanding of HTML and CSS
- Figma - intermediate (comfortable working with files, comments, and task preparation)
- Working knowledge of Adobe tools and MS Office
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with multiple teams and managing parallel tasks
- Familiarity with IT, SaaS, fintech, or web-based products
- Understanding of or exposure to regulated or compliance-driven environments is a plus
- Fluent Russian and good English - written technical English (at least B2 level)
