We’re looking for a Paid Social Specialist to manage and optimize Meta campaigns for multiple brands. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to build campaigns that drive measurable impact and continuously improve performance.

Work with multiple brands and diverse campaigns
Own campaign performance across Facebook and Instagram

As a Paid Social Specialist, you’ll manage campaigns from launch to optimization—ensuring strong performance and delivering actionable insights.
✔ Build, implement, and optimize paid social campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
✔ Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI
✔ Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience targeting strategies
✔ Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations
✔ Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad content
✔ Stay up to date on platform updates, trends, and paid social best practices
✔ Leverage audience segmentation and retargeting strategies to improve campaign performance
✔ Generate and present reports on key performance metrics and optimization opportunities
✔ Provide weekly reporting and insights, sharing recommendations with managers via Slack
✔ Support client presentation decks as needed
✔ Collaborate with broader marketing teams to align campaigns with overall strategy
2–3+ years of Meta Ads experience (Facebook / Instagram)
Experience managing multiple brands and $10K–$100K+ monthly ad budgets (agency experience strongly preferred)
Proficiency with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools
Intermediate Excel / Google Sheets skills
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to work EST business hours
