This role focuses on owning campaigns from planning to execution to performance analysis, while collaborating closely with creative studios and operational partners. Manage and optimize lifecycle marketing programs to help achieve quarterly revenue targets.
Prepare clear and detailed production briefs to support campaign execution.
Oversee multiple programs simultaneously while ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables are met.
Manage communication and alignment across teams, including creative studios and operational partners.
Serve as the primary point of contact for execution teams, providing context around audience segmentation and targeting.
Review creative assets and provide feedback to ensure alignment with campaign briefs and objectives.
Track and analyze lifecycle program performance across channels.
Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Use data to inform optimizations and improve future campaign performance.
3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or CRM.
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Salesforce preferred but not required) and data analytics platforms.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns.
Experience in campaign development, creative briefing, and production workflows.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Proficiency with Slack, Google Workspace, and ClickUp.
Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-have:
Experience in the fintech or financial services industry.
Familiarity with audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and lifecycle campaign execution.
