We are seeking a Project Manager Provider Compensation to work alongside our Implementation Team. This role is instrumental in owning the end-to-end implementation of a Provider Compensation SaaS solution, leading internal teams and partnering with clients to define requirements, manage dependencies and deliver high quality, on-time-go-lives through effective coordination and knowledge transfer.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the complete provider compensation SaaS solution (Heisenberg II solution).
- Lead and manage team members to deliver efficient client implementation and successful go-live.
- Coordinating with the client stakeholders to understand the scope and project objectives by collecting and documenting the business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Understand the client requirements, identify the system dependencies to ensure the project critical decisions are taken ahead of time.
- Conducting elaborate knowledge transfer sessions to pass on the complete client business requirements with all necessary documents to the technical team.
- Coordinating with the necessary internal resources to successfully complete the scope of work on time and with quality.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
- Apply accounting and financial principles to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
- Validate data sources and perform detailed reconciliations to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and models to support client operational workflows.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights to segregate out-of-the-box features vs outliers, and communicate back to key stakeholders for timely decision making.
- Support project planning activities by conducting timely project reviews with client key leadership teams to provide progress updates, manage key decisions, and mitigate risks in a timely fashion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment on data and reporting needs.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve data quality, efficiency, and reporting processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in business management/ healthcare management/ information systems, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the Healthcare domain within the accounting, finance or payroll space
- Strong background in mathematics, accounting, finance, or a related quantitative field
- Excellent data analysis skills with a proven ability to work with detailed, structured data
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid understanding of accounting concepts such as reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial controls
- Experience managing or supporting projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Access, or similar)
- Problem solving, analytical, and excellent communication skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments
