Job Description
Title: Digital Advertising Operations Coordinator
Reporting to: Marketing Director, Digital Platform
Location: Remote (Eastern or Central US)

Dermsquared is seeking a a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Advertising Operations Coordinator to support the execution and monitoring of digital advertising campaigns for our dermatology brand portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of digital media platforms, ad trafficking, and reporting, with a strong desire to grow within the healthcare advertising space.
Responsibilities
- Support the trafficking, setup, and quality assurance of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (endemic healthcare publishers, Google Ads, Meta, programmatic) and device types (websites, mobile apps, video, audio).
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of creative assets and campaign launches.
- Assist with ad tagging, pixel implementation, and tracking setup across websites and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance; flag issues and opportunities to optimize following up with clients and vendors on issues as needed.
- Help compile campaign performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau or other internal dashboards.
- Work closely with compliance teams to ensure all advertising meets regulatory standards (FDA, HIPAA, PhRMA).
- Maintain accurate documentation of campaign details, timelines, and trafficking sheets.
- Troubleshoot technical and delivery issues impacting campaigns and work with cross-functional partners on fixes and leveraging high traffic assets.
- Provide reporting information to Digital Insights Manager, Sales, Account Management, Marketing and Clients as needed.
- Assist in architecting new products, tools, and processes to increase revenue.
- Recommend changes to improve operational processes and safeguard advertising, privacy, credibility, and integrity policies.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising operations within an online ad campaign environment such as a publisher or agency, including ad trafficking, media coordination and complete campaign lifecycle coordination (healthcare/pharmaceutical experience a plus).
- Basic knowledge of ad serving platforms (e.g., Google Campaign Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk).
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels including display, email, paid search, paid social, and programmatic.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and take initiative, whether in recommending steps for campaign optimization, notifying a rep or client of a campaign issue, or making suggestions to streamline ad operations
- Comfortable working in a highly regulated healthcare environment.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and exposure to analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
Preferred:
- Previous exposure to healthcare, dermatology, or pharmaceutical advertising.
- Familiarity with HCP (Healthcare Provider) and DTC (Direct to Consumer) campaign nuances.
- Exposure to CRM or medical marketing platforms such as Iterable, Veeva and Salesforce.
