Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Client Enablement Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal utilization of our software products by evaluating client accounts and workflows. This position requires a deep understanding of various products and product suites, as well as the ability to provide expert support and training tailored to each client's unique needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading virtual training sessions, database optimization assessments conducting onsite consultations, organizing in-person classroom Workshop opportunities and Summits, and developing content and resources based on client feedback. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of client success and contribute to the growth and satisfaction of our client base.
