We're seeking a Sr. Full Stack Engineer to drive development of our next-generation home care agency and caregiver platform. Essential Job Duties
Design, implement, and maintain APIs and microservices to support robust, scalable functionality and interoperability with other platforms (e.g., HL7, FHIR)Develop frontend (Angular) and backend (Go) applications and servicesBuild gen AI solutions into the home care agency management software product, increasing usability and efficiency while delighting usersPromote a culture of experimentation and innovation by encouraging the exploration of new technologies, tools, and methodologies that can improve the platform for our usersMentor fellow software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and technical excellenceHelp determine priorities, options, and tradeoffs across key decisions and approachesCollaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand software requirements and define goalsConduct code reviews, providing feedback to improve team efficiency and maintain quality coding standardsWrite and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure consistent software quality This Role Is a Good Fit for You If

4-8 years of experience in software engineering roles building on modern architectures and frameworksProficiency in one reactive JavaScript framework, such as Angular, React, or VueExperience with backend-development, such as Go, NodeJS, or PythonExperience in PostgreSQL/MongoDBFamiliarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and toolsExperience with high-performance SaaS solutions built on microservices and serverless architecturesExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFlexible, team playerAbility to organize and plan work independentlyAbility to work in a rapidly changing environmentKnowledge of JIRA/Confluence is a plusHealthcare experience and familiarity with HL7 and FHIR interoperability standards is a plus The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $140,000-155,000/yr, not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
