Outbound Lead Generation & Appointment Setter

The Role
We’re looking for a results-driven outbound specialist who knows how to generate leads — not just follow up with them.
This is a high-impact role focused on building and activating our top-of-funnel pipeline through strategic prospecting, cold calling, and outbound outreach.
Your mission:
Create conversations with the right prospects and turn them into booked meetings.
You will identify, research, contact, and qualify leads — ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for our Business Development team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on targets, enjoys outbound sales, and knows how to turn cold outreach into real conversations.
What You’ll Do
Lead Generation & Prospecting (Primary Focus)
- Research and build targeted lead lists (industry, company size, decision-makers)
- Use LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, directories, and other tools to source prospects
- Identify and qualify ideal customer profiles (ICP)
- Maintain consistent daily outbound activity
Cold Calling & Outbound Outreach
- Conduct high-volume cold calls to decision-makers
- Send personalized email and LinkedIn outreach
- Handle objections confidently and professionally
- Follow up persistently to drive engagement
- Book qualified meetings for the Business Development team
Appointment Setting
- Schedule discovery calls with qualified prospects
- Confirm meetings and reduce no-shows
- Ensure prospects are properly briefed before meetings
Pipeline & Performance Tracking
- Track daily outreach metrics (calls, emails, connects, bookings)
- Update CRM with accurate notes and next steps
- Maintain clean and organized lead stages
- Optimize outreach strategies based on performance data
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in cold calling and outbound lead generation
- Experience booking meetings for a sales team
- Comfortable making 60–100+ calls per day
- Strong objection-handling skills
- Experience using prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Highly organized and target-driven
- Comfortable working U.S. hours
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, or B2B services is a strong plus
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
