At Hive, we’re all about creating moments that matter and helping event marketers connect with their biggest fans. Our platform powers marketing for 1,500+ iconic events, festivals, venues, and promoters across North America.
We help our customers grow their audience and sell out shows using intelligent, automated, and personalized digital marketing tools.
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Senior Specialist to drive growth through content-led acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and customer engagement.
This role owns how Hive communicates with prospects and customers across the entire journey — from first touch, to conversion, to onboarding, adoption, and expansion. You’ll work closely with Revenue Operations (RevOps), who owns HubSpot, as well as Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to ensure our messaging, content, and lifecycle programs drive both pipeline and long-term customer value.
This is a hands-on role focused on content, lifecycle execution, and performance optimization — not CRM or tooling ownership.

Social & Distribution
Plan and execute organic social programs (primarily LinkedIn) to amplify content, launches, and customer stories
Repurpose long-form content into short-form social posts and lifecycle touchpoints
Monitor performance and continuously optimize distribution strategy
Working with HubSpot (RevOps-Owned)
Use HubSpot daily to execute campaigns, build emails, and track performance
Partner with RevOps to request segmentation, workflows, lifecycle updates, and reporting
Validate campaign logic and handoffs without owning system configuration or administration
Measurement & Optimization
Analyze lifecycle and content performance (opens, CTRs, conversions, engagement)
Review dashboards and insights with RevOps and Growth leadership
Identify opportunities to improve pipeline quality, customer engagement, and expansion impact
Partner with Sales
Support Sales with sales-ready content such as case studies, messaging frameworks, and email templates
Work with RevOps to ensure lead handoff, lifecycle stages, and routing in HubSpot support Sales workflows
Review lead quality and conversion performance with Sales on a regular cadence
Incorporate Sales feedback to refine messaging and lifecycle programs
Partner with Customer Success
Partner with Customer Success on onboarding, adoption, and customer communication programs
Support customer education initiatives, product updates, and best-practice content
Collaborate on expansion and retention campaigns informed by customer insights
3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Content Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Customer Marketing
Strong experience using HubSpot for campaign execution and reporting (admin experience not required)
Proven success with content-led growth and lifecycle programs
Comfortable creating content tied to real business outcomes (pipeline, adoption, retention)
Experience supporting organic social programs
Collaborative, execution-oriented, and data-informed
