We are hiring our first Growth Marketing Lead to build go-to-market from zero.
This position owns positioning validation, paid experimentation, funnel mechanics, customer-proof systems, and performance reporting. There is no existing marketing or RevOps function. You will build the growth engine from scratch.
This is a hands-on, experiment-driven role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and ships fast.
Open to candidates in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland. C2 English is required.
What You’ll Own
Validate ICP and refine positioning through rapid paid testingOperate paid campaigns directly (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads)Build and optimize full-funnel journeys (ads → landing → lifecycle)Create and systematize customer-proof engines (UGC, testimonials, case snippets)Stand up minimal lead capture, routing, and reporting infrastructureDeliver crisp weekly performance insights tied to pipeline outcomesUse AI and automation tools to accelerate segmentation, creative iteration, and operational workflowsPartner directly with founders on narrative, prioritization, and GTM strategyOwn end-to-end marketing for Moon’s relaunch
