As the
Senior Manager of Practice Operations for
Virtual Primary Care (VPC) and
Virtual Care Support (VCS), you will lead the team that drives clinical performance and advances integration toward value‑based care delivery. You will design and scale virtual care workflows, manage multi‑state workforce and licensing strategies, and own complex projects end‑to‑end—from ideation through implementation—using data to forecast capacity, optimize coverage, and achieve KPIs tied to outcomes, efficiency, and access.
In close partnership with Clinical Leadership, you’ll streamline clinical administrative functions and optimize staffing and operational infrastructure for national scale. This role is ideal for a strategic operator who has led multi‑state clinical operations and translates data into clear decisions that improve clinician experience, patient outcomes, and overall performance.

Responsibilities:
Oversee & manage program KPIs for the frontline clinical staff working across the Virtual Primary Care (VPC) and Virtual Care Support (VCS) teamsCreate and implement data-driven staffing and resource plans, partnering with relevant teams (Forecasting, Clinical Leadership, Recruitment, Licensing). Drive a POV on the technical enablement and tooling optimization opportunities to drive operational efficiencies for scale and clinical outcomes. Develop and oversee multi-state clinical licensing strategy for comprehensive national coverage.Manage scheduling utilization and workload distribution across states, considering licensing and operational needs and seasonal demand curves.Improve scheduling practices through strategies like load balancing and increased transparency.Establish and analyze key metrics to drive operational effectiveness and identify improvements.Lead clinical initiatives and program launches. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred3+ years experience leading operational strategy or practice operations at scale in a virtual care environment (virtual primary care experience a plus).Proven ability to use data analytics (reporting, modeling, interpretation, and analytic software) to drive operational decisions.Demonstrated project management and leadership/influence skills with clinical teams, including successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives.Proven experience supporting a dynamic clinician workforce, comprising different types of speciality/licensure, exempt and non-exempt, part and full-time, employed and independent contractors.Strong understanding of value-based care models how operations support quality, cost, and outcomes.Strong executive presence and leadership communication skills.Experience with EHR systems and care management / clinical analytics tools.Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills to streamline processes and represent Practice Operations effectively with clinical, product, and operations partners.Effective and empathetic communication across various channels.Proficiency in Google Workspace and common office software.Able to work schedule: Local time 8AM-5PM or 9AM-6PM The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:$128,130 -
