Our client, an iGaming Game provider is seeking an experienced Account Manager based in LATAM, fluent in both Spanish and English, with a strong background in the iGaming or gambling industry.

This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about building long-term partner relationships, driving customer engagement, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders. The Account Manager will play a key role in managing client interactions, monitoring partner performance, supporting customer retention, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-driven, and open to traveling for business trips and industry events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for partners by providing ongoing support, answering queries, and resolving account-related issues. Assist with technical inquiries, communicate new features and promotions, and help resolve operational challenges.

  • Drive the successful launch of new game titles by actively promoting upcoming releases and securing optimal placement within partners’ casino lobbies.

  • Monitor partner activity on the platform by analyzing player numbers, betting volumes, gameplay frequency, and performance trends, identifying opportunities for growth or additional support.

  • Focus on sales growth and customer retention through personalized commercial offers, promotional campaigns, and special initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, design, finance, integration management, and technical support to ensure smooth partner operations.

  • Represent the company and present products and services during business trips, conferences, and networking events.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Account Manager within the iGaming or gambling industry (experience with casino game providers is an advantage).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted partnerships.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

  • Full professional fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

  • Willingness to travel for business meetings and industry events.

  • Proficiency with digital tools and platforms such as HubSpot, Jira, and Confluence.
