We are currently looking for a Workday HCM Lead Consultant in the United States.This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver comprehensive Workday HCM solutions for diverse clients. As a Workday HCM Lead Consultant, you will analyze business requirements, design and configure solutions, and oversee the deployment of Workday modules. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through complex HR processes while ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational objectives. The role combines hands-on functional expertise with leadership in project execution, client engagement, and problem-solving. You will stay abreast of Workday updates and emerging trends, ensuring solutions remain efficient, scalable, and compliant. This position is ideal for someone passionate about HCM technology, global HR operations, and providing measurable value to clients.
Accountabilities:

  • Analyze client requirements and design effective Workday HCM solutions that meet business objectives
  • Configure, test, and support the deployment of Workday modules including Absence, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, and other complex HCM solutions
  • Lead client discussions, provide consultative guidance, and act as a subject-matter expert during implementation or AMS support projects
  • Participate in end-to-end deployment processes, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client expectations
  • Support global HR operations with data analysis, problem-solving, and best practice recommendations
  • Stay current with Workday releases, functionality enhancements, and industry trends to ensure optimal client solutions
  • Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of hands-on Workday functional experience with active Workday certification
  • Expertise in at least two or more Workday modules and familiarity with deployment processes
  • Experience in AMS or full-cycle implementation projects
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of global HR operations and processes
  • Experience in pre-sales or project management is a plus
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
