This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to kickstart a career in cloud technology sales. You will be the first point of contact for prospective IT partners, helping them understand and engage with cloud solutions that can transform their business. The position combines high-volume outreach, relationship-building, and hands-on sales training to develop your skills and confidence. You’ll work closely with sales and cloud development teams, managing leads, setting appointments, and contributing to the growth of the partner ecosystem. The environment is fast-paced, supportive, and designed to reward curiosity, coachability, and results-driven performance. With clear growth paths, you will gain valuable experience in technology sales while building a foundation for a long-term career in the cloud industry.

Accountabilities

  • Conduct high-volume outreach to prospective partners via phone, email, and social media, managing over 70 touchpoints per day.
  • Educate potential partners about cloud services and schedule introductory meetings with the Cloud Development team.
  • Manage leads, update Salesforce records accurately, and track sales progress and partner engagement.
  • Complete sales training programs, role-playing exercises, and certification in platform tools.
  • Support the acquisition of new partners, aiming to bring on at least 15 new partners per month.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with internal teams and mentors to foster collaboration and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • No prior experience required, but a strong interest in sales and technology is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in phone and email outreach.
  • Ability to learn quickly, be coachable, and adapt in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Comfort with social media and digital communication tools (LinkedIn familiarity preferred).
  • Resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude when managing high-volume interactions.
