Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in data and BI projects. The role combines strong stakeholder engagement, requirements analysis, and support for agile delivery in complex enterprise environments.

It is a remote role, but you have to be based in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements (BRDs, user stories).
• Engage with stakeholders to align requirements and manage expectations.
• Support data analysis using BI, KPIs, and SQL to validate insights.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and contribute to UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.

Requirements for the role

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong expertise in requirements management, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of BI concepts and SQL for data analysis.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Advanced in Portuguese
• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
