Patient Registration & Intake
- Greet patients and caregivers professionally via phone, email, and virtual platforms
- Collect accurate patient demographic information, medical history, and contact details Prepare and process patient admission and discharge documentation
- Enter patient information into Electronic Health Records (EHR) and practice management systems
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Verify patient identity and update existing patient profiles as needed
Insurance Verification & Authorization
- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for services prior to appointments
- Obtain pre-authorizations and referrals as required by insurance plans
- Communicate patient financial responsibilities including copays, deductibles, and coinsurance
- Process insurance information and ensure accurate billing documentation
- Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve coverage questions and discrepancies
- Stay updated on various insurance plans, policies, and procedures
Appointment Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule patient appointments based on provider availability and patient needs
- Send appointment reminders and confirmations via phone, email, or SMS
- Reschedule and cancel appointments as requested while maintaining optimal provider schedules
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and minimize wait times
- Manage appointment waitlists and fill cancellations efficiently
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
