The Role:

We are hiring a highly organized, proactive Finance & Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder/CEO, supporting personal finance management and company finance operations in collaboration with the Finance Manager and Global Ops Manager.

This is a dual role: 50% finance, 50% executive support.

Responsibilities:

  • Finance

    • Manage Founder’s personal finances in Quicken

    • Support company accounting in Zoho Books

    • Reconcile US & India bank accounts (multi-currency)

    • Track recurring bills, assets, and financial records

    • Assist with reconciliations, reporting, and system clean-up

  • Executive Support

    • Manage calendar and inbox

    • Track action items and ensure team accountability

    • Coordinate across global team (US & India)

    • Prepare summaries and reports for decision-making

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in bookkeeping/accounting or finance support

  • Strong experience with Quicken and/or Zoho Books

  • Experience working in remote environments using collaboration tools (e.g., ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom)

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly trustworthy

  • Strong written and verbal English

Schedule:

7:00 AM – 12:00 PM USA CT overlap required + flexibility
