You’ll help protect critical systems by running and improving Privileged Access Management with CyberArk. In this role, you’ll onboard and manage privileged accounts, build secure access workflows, and support teams working in complex enterprise environments.
You’ll be part of a Global PAM team supporting projects in a large international organization (Munich Re / ERGO context). Your focus: stable operations, clean implementation, and fast troubleshooting—while keeping everything compliant and well documented.
Hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM in enterprise environments (at least 2 years with CyberArk; 4–8 years total IT/security experience)
Strong knowledge of PSM, CPM, PVWA/CP, and CCP
Experience building/customizing PSM connectors and CPM plugins (scripting + configuration)
Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Shell scripting; plus one of: C++, REST APIs)
Advanced administration skills in Linux and Windows
Solid understanding of IDM/IDAM, Active Directory, and related technologies (LDAP, authentication flows)
Confident working with ticketing tools and structured delivery processes (documentation + change management)
Strong analytical troubleshooting skills in complex environments
Fluent English (written + spoken)
CyberArk certification(s)
German language skills
Experience with related tooling/tech: AutoIT, SSH/RDP, SSL, HTML, databases, network devices
