Job Overview
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging email marketing campaigns, website graphics, and promotional assets that align with the brand's identity and drive customer engagement. Working closely with the marketing team, this role will focus primarily on Klaviyo EDM creation while also providing support with social media content and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in retail or eCommerce design.
This is a part-time position requiring approximately 3 days per week, with flexibility around working hours.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing & Klaviyo
- Design and build visually engaging EDMs using Klaviyo.
- Create campaign graphics, promotional banners, and email assets.
- Ensure emails are mobile-responsive and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Assist with campaign scheduling, testing, and optimisation.
- Create website banners, promotional graphics, and digital assets.
- Design creative materials for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Assist with creating graphics and content for social media platforms.
- Design engaging visual assets for Facebook, Instagram, and other marketing channels.
- Support campaign rollouts across multiple platforms.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Manage multiple design projects and deadlines effectively.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or eCommerce environments.
- Strong experience designing EDMs using Klaviyo.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of email marketing design best practices.
- Experience creating digital marketing assets and website graphics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
