About the Role
Pavago is hiring for one of its clients and is seeking a highly skilled LinkedIn Ads Specialist to join the marketing team. This role is ideal for a data-driven digital marketer who understands B2B buyer journeys, funnel development, and performance optimization. You will be responsible for managing LinkedIn ad campaigns end-to-end, strengthening funnels, and driving measurable growth.
Responsibilities
LinkedIn Ads Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to ensure accurate and effective targeting.
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and bid strategies.
Funnel Development & Strategy
- Build high-performing sales funnels designed for B2B buyer journeys.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align ad strategy with lead conversion processes.
- Strengthen lead generation flows and improve ROI.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Track KPIs, build reports, and use insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Refine targeting and messaging based on data.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with designers, content creators, and sales teams to develop effective ad creatives.
- Guide creative direction based on performance data.
Industry & Platform Expertise
- Stay up to date on LinkedIn Ads platform updates, digital marketing trends, and best practices.
- Recommend new ideas and strategies to remain competitive.

Required Experience & Skills

- Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
Ideal Experience & Skills
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM)
- Background in SaaS or B2B service companies
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
You will manage and optimize LinkedIn ad campaigns, analyze performance data, conduct A/B tests, refine targeting, and collaborate with content, sales, and design teams. You will monitor funnel performance, improve conversions, and implement strategic improvements.
