Manager, Revenue Technology and Process

We’re looking for a hands-on Manager, Revenue Technology and Process to help our GTM teams win by making the right technology work harder. This role is about more than launching tools—it’s about figuring out how systems actually drive sales outcomes and ensuring they’re fully adopted in the field.

You’ll partner with Sales and Revenue leaders, Business Partners to own intake of asks and lead adoption so tools delivers measurable impact—from productivity gains to pipeline conversion to revenue growth.

This position reports into the Sr. Director of Revenue Technology & Process and can be based remotely anywhere in the US. We're looking for someone to join us immediately!

What You’ll Do

  • Drive and optimize our revenue systems stack, from intake to adoption

  • Identify and prioritize the tools and features (roadmap) that truly drive sales outcomes

  • Lead change management, and adoption across GTM teams for tools

  • Partner with sales and revenue leaders to align tech with business goals

  • Track adoption and ROI, iterating to maximize impact

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years in revenue systems, RevOps, or business systems (enterprise software)

  • Hands-on with Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach

  • Proven success driving tech adoption and measurable sales outcomes

  • Strong communicator, trusted partner to both field teams and execs

  • Analytical mindset—able to measure what’s working and double down

Base Pay Range $127,680 - $175,560. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
