Proven experience as a Structural Steel SuperintendentStrong knowledge of steel erection and commercial constructionAbility to read blueprints & direct on-site crewsA hands-on leader with excellent communication skills Schedule: Day shifts, with flexibility for 10–12 hour days and some Saturdays depending on project needs.
