The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for leading teams that manage accounts payable, employee reimbursements, and corporate credit cards, while also contributing to projects and overseeing operational activities.

Responsibilities:

• Management of accounts payable, employee reimbursement, and corporate card teams — including projects, processes, and daily operations;
• Expected to identify opportunities and deliver projects focused on operational efficiency, overseeing daily activities and closing processes through performance indicators to ensure high-quality, on-time deliveries;
• Responsible for creating process manuals and training back-ups to reduce operational risks;
• Strong collaboration with process, project, procurement, and finance teams.

Requirements

• Clear and objective communication (written, visual, and verbal) and negotiation with internal stakeholders;

• Adaptability, versatility, and agility to thrive in today’s dynamic environment;
• Strong organizational skills and discipline to manage operations effectively;
• Educational Background: Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields;
• Experience in team management;
• Experience in operations management, process improvement, and project management;
• Experience with SAP;
• Experience in financial institutions and/or payment companies (preferred).
