About the team:
This area is responsible for liquidity monitoring, capital management, and compliance with BACEN regulations. We work on capital planning and management, financial risk analysis, and more—supporting the company’s decision-making process in these key areas.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for completing, submitting, and reconciling regulatory CADOCs (DLO, DDR, DLI, DRM, DRL);
  • Perform capital planning based on financial planning figures;
  • Capital allocation;
  • Simulate new products considering RWAs and IRRBB;
  • Interpret new regulations impacting capital and liquidity;
  • Update Basel numbers for disclosures (financial statements, Pillar 3 reports, etc.);
  • Monitor RAS limits.

Requirements

  • Financial Risks (Liquidity, Credit, Market);
  • Capital Management;
  • BACEN Regulation;
  • Interpretation of Prudential Conglomerate Balance Sheets;
  • Financial Modeling;
  • English (Desirable).
