About the role:

Are you passionate about numbers, eager to learn, and ready to dive into the world of finance in a dynamic, international e-commerce environment? Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a Working Student to support our Controlling team with various analytical and project-based tasks.

As part of our Controlling team, you will gain hands-on experience in a broad range of financial and analytical topics. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the preparation of CAPEX reporting, ensuring our investments are tracked and analysed accurately.

• Assisting with insurance-related topics, including documentation and data coordination.

• Performing ad hoc financial and data analysis to support decision-making across the business.

• Helping in the planning process and the preparation of internal reports for stakeholders.

• Taking ownership of smaller projects and contributing to continuous improvements within the team.

About you:

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy working with data.

• You are comfortable using Excel and ideally have some experience with PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar tools.

• You are structured, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• You are fluent in English; German or Dutch is a plus.

• Up to 20 hours/week | Hybrid (Sevenum/Cologne/Remote within the NL/DE)
