Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and assist management with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining efficient office procedures, coordinating communications, and providing general administrative support to the team.

Note: Applicants must currently reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Requirements

* Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role

* Strong organizational and time-management skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace

* Ability to multitask and work independently

* High attention to detail and confidentiality
