Join Rewaa as our Engineering Manager - Fullstack and spearhead development and strategic vision of the Rewaa Platform. This dynamic team drives innovation, creating significant impact across various industries such as Retail, Supply Chain and Food & Beverage. In this role, your main responsibility will be to lead and manage the team(s) dedicated to developing applications within Rewaa Platform applications.
Responsibilities:
Find solutions to complex problems spanning multiple apps and microservices. Ensure that the teams remain motivated and continuously produce high quality code through carefully crafted engineering processes. Drive the team towards continuously deliver code into production through automated testing and continuous delivery pipelines.Manage performance and enable the team to reach their full potential.Collaborate with PMs/EMs to manage the product roadmap. Qualifications
6+ years of experience with atleast 2 years in a similar role.You have a working knowledge of full stack engineering including but not limited to NodeJS, Angular, MySQL, Restful APIs, AWS.You have a proven experience in engineering management, preferably within a SaaS-based B2B environment.You have a strong understanding of application development and release lifecycle, observability and product analytics.You have excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate vision and strategy clearly.You have a strong sense of ownership towards aligning technical and product roadmap with all stakeholders.You feel excited about building individuals through coaching and mentoring techniques without becoming a micromanager.You have demonstrated success in building and leading high-impact engineering teams.You have high emotional intelligence with strong motivation, empathy, and interpersonal skills.You live on the front lines by caring about the customers.You have the ability to prioritize and execute effectively, driving outcomes and ensuring accountability.You have an innovative mindset with domain expertise to guide technical decisions and solutions.
