About the Role

We’re seeking freelance Content Marketing Consultants to join our talent collective and support a range of B2C, B2B, and D2C clients. This role is ideal for marketers who can develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement, build brand authority, and support measurable growth.

Projects may include building content strategies from the ground up, scaling existing programs, or supporting specific campaigns across channels. Contract engagements typically range from 10–40 hours per week.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned to business and growth goals

  • Create and manage editorial calendars across multiple channels (blog, email, social, etc.)

  • Produce and/or oversee high-quality content including articles, guides, case studies, and campaigns

  • Optimize content for performance, including engagement, conversion, and search visibility

  • Analyze content performance and iterate based on data and insights

  • Support brand storytelling and messaging across customer touchpoints

  • Identify opportunities to scale content production and distribution


Requirements

  • Strong foundation in content marketing across B2C, B2B, and/or D2C environments

  • Experience building and scaling content programs

  • Ability to balance creative storytelling with performance-driven outcomes

  • Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization best practices

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and creative teams

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills


Nice to Have

  • Experience with content distribution strategies (e.g., paid, social, partnerships)

  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and content performance tools

  • Experience in high-growth startup environments

  • Experience supporting both strategic planning and hands-on execution
