What You’ll Be Helping Achieve

This internship will assist the People Team with essential administrative duties. This is a great opportunity to learn about general Human Resources and Recruiting functions in a fast-paced working environment. Scheduling interviews, updating personnel files, maintenance of resumes, preparation for virtual new hire orientation, and maintenance of other HR related documents are some essential duties. This is an entry level position and does not require a college degree.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Assist with New Hire paperwork, questions, and orientation
  • Assist with scheduling interviews
  • Assist with exit paperwork and offboarding process
  • Learn the legal aspects of HR, with an eye to providing future guidance to leaders
  • Assist People team with new ideas and enhancing the employee experience
  • Responsible for collecting, entering, and auditing employee data into our systems
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Comfortability working within Microsoft programs
  • Detailed Orientated
  • Strong Communicator
  • Interest in getting into HR
  • Positive attitude and curiosity (you love asking questions)
  • Ability to work with associates and candidates of all levels
